OBJECTIVES
Participants should be able to:
Understand key differences in pediatric EM patients.

Perform simulation techniques in difficult airway, breech delivery and certain procedures.
Recognize medical errors and safety techniques.
Perform the application process for medical students when searching for a residency program.
Review new CMS Guidelines, Pay for performance.
Recognize the differences in private and academic Emergency Medicine.
